Sean Duca, a cybersecurity veteran with over 20 years of experience, has been instrumental in advancing digital security across the Asia-Pacific region. As Vice President and Regional Chief Security Officer (CSO) for Asia Pacific and Japan at Palo Alto Networks for nearly nine years, Duca has led initiatives that combine innovative strategies with practical solutions to enhance cybersecurity. His role involves providing thought leadership, threat intelligence, and security best practices to the industry. Prior to this, Duca served as Chief Technology Officer for Asia-Pacific at McAfee, having risen the ranks at the company he started at over 20 years ago.

Job To: CIO, Kyndryl

Kim brings a wealth of experience to her new position, having a diverse background in IT, cybersecurity, and strategic management across multiple industries. Having joined Kyndryl in May 2022 as Vice President of IT Transformation and Strategy, it's from here Kim has been awarded the position of CIO.

Job To: SVP, Chief Information Security Officer, Northwest Bank


Craig Dornon has been appointed as the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) of Northwest Bank. With over 25 years of experience in managing teams and delivering risk programmes, he brings expertise in risk and compliance to his new role.

Lorraine Ong

Job From: Deputy Director of Cybersecurity Capability Centre

Job To: Deputy Director & Chief Information Officer

Lorraine has over 20 years experience of driving change. Her internal promotion will see her oversee the IT planning, application and infrastructure at GovTech Managed Agency, manage a team of 100 staff and vendors and IT operations in Singapore and 50 international offices.
