Antony Kagoo is Head of Innovation, Communications, Media and Information Services, UK & EU at Tata Consultancy Services (TCS).
He has over 15 years of experience in IT and Consulting, leading customer relationships across multiple domains with a strong focus on contact centre, networks, CFO functions and emerging technologies.
Kagoo has led Innovation for TCS’ CMI customers in the UK and Europe regions. He works with enterprises to define the future of business, create and implement innovation strategies that enable them to deploy the right investment models, and build customer centric intelligent products. He also works with TCS’ research teams to build futuristic propositions to create blue ocean markets for global customers.
