How CrowdStrike's Falcon Platform Led to Record Revenue

Right now, CrowdStrike's automated cybersecurity platform Falcon is soaring above Wall Street's expectations.
With a 24% hike in annual recurring revenue (ARR), CrowdStrike raked in US$5.25bn, making it the “fastest and only pure-play cybersecurity software company to achieve this milestone” .
The company’s stellar Q4 results brought in a record US$1.31bn, a solid 23% rise from 2025.
“FY26 will go down in our history books as CrowdStrike's best year yet,” says George Kurtz, CrowdStrike's Founder and CEO.
“We also delivered record operating and free cash flow for both the quarter and year. Our record results showcase the durability of our growth and cash flow generation.
“As enterprises rapidly adopt AI, CrowdStrike is mission-critical infrastructure - securing AI across every layer from GPU to agent to prompt.
“The AI revolution is creating a massive growth opportunity for CrowdStrike, one that our technology, team and ecosystem are well positioned to continue winning.”
Recent company highlights
CrowdStrike had announced the general availability of Falcon AI Detection and Response, strengthening its AI-driven threat detection and automated response capabilities across the Falcon platform.
Extending the prowess of Falcon, CrowdStrike also completed two targeted acquisitions, adding SGNL, a specialist in continuous identity and Seraphic Security, which focuses on browser runtime security.
These deals deepen CrowdStrike’s identity and endpoint protection offerings at a time when organisations are seeking more integrated security platforms.
Strategic partnerships have also been a focus as CrowdStrike expanded its alliance with Microsoft, enabling customers to purchase Falcon via the Microsoft Marketplace using existing Azure commitments.
A new partnership of the company with VAST Data brings together data-layer governance and enterprise-grade threat detection.
CrowdStrike was selected by NordVPN to power its Threat Protection Pro feature, extending its reach to millions of consumers.
Commenting on the company's financial results, Burt Podbere, CrowdStrike's CFO added, “CrowdStrike delivered a record fourth quarter and fiscal year 2026, exceeding expectations across all guided metrics.
“The combination of accelerating growth, expanding profitability and record cash flow generation puts CrowdStrike in rare air.
“With exceptional momentum across the business and a record Q1 pipeline entering FY27, we have strong conviction to once again raise our FY27 ARR outlook.
“The AI revolution represents a new, generational growth opportunity for CrowdStrike, and we are confident in our ability to deliver durable, profitable growth as we scale to our goal of US$20bn ending ARR in FY36.”
CrowdStrike Falcon ID
The financial results come just as the company announced the availability of Falcon ID, in its flagship CrowdStrike’s Falcon Platform.
Designed to make multi‑factor authentication stronger and easier at the same time, FalconID goes beyond traditional MFA by using real‑time risk signals from across the Falcon platform to decide whether an access attempt is safe or risky, helping to stop AI‑powered phishing and credential abuse in their tracks.
The technology removes the need for passwords, push codes and one‑time codes by using FIDO2‑based biometric verification that checks the user and device together, making authentication seamless for users while staying highly secure.
Because it’s built straight into the Falcon ecosystem, FalconID gives organisations smarter, more adaptable protection right at the point of login.
“Traditional MFA is architecturally broken,” says Elia Zaitsev, Chief Technology Officer at CrowdStrike.
“Disconnected from real-time risk signals, it is blind to emerging threats, susceptible to MFA bypass attacks, and creates unnecessary friction,”
“FalconID accelerates CrowdStrike’s identity security transformation, moving organizations beyond isolated, static access controls to continuous, risk-aware protection that stops breaches without slowing the business.”
