Who can enter the awards?
Organisations of all sizes and from any location are welcome to apply. Entries are accepted from businesses operating globally or locally.

In-person Tickets FAQ
Where can I find my tickets?
Your in-person tickets will be sent to you via Eventbrite, where you’ll receive a QR code, which you will scan upon entry to the venue. Please be aware that these emails can sometimes fall into your spam folder - so do double check.
Where do I go when I arrive at the event venue?
When you arrive at any of the venue, come to the front desk and someone from the team will scan your QR code and you will receive a physical ticket to have on you for the duration of the event.
Will there be refreshments available at the venue?
At every venue we host our in-person events at, there is food and drinks available for all attendees.
How can I access all of the crucial event information?
For all of our events, we will have an official event guide, which you will be able to access online. This will show you the full event agenda, speaker line-up, what time sessions are getting underway and other important information.
Can attendees ask the guest speakers questions?
Yes, typically we will have a member of a team ready by the stage to pass attendees a microphone to ask the guest speakers through.

Attending Virtually
How do I watch virtually?
Register for your virtual ticket via our ticketing page and set up your account on Brella – our virtual event platform designed for networking. On the day, go to the event page on Brella and select the ‘Stream’ tab on the left to watch the live sessions.
How can I network with other virtual attendees?
Live chats in Brella allow you as an attendee to communicate with other attendees, speakers, sponsors, or the event organizer.
During events on Brella, you can find live chats in the Schedule sessions, Stream tab, or virtual booths. The live chats are always located on the right side of the screen.
When creating a profile for Brella, you are prompted to select your interests. With Brella’s built-in AI matchmaking, attendees will be suggested to you for networking based on your shared interests.

How can I ask the speaker questions?
When the event is ongoing, you will be able to use the live chat function, Slido, to submit your question directly to the stage host, who will ask the guest speaker.
How do I set up a Virtual Meeting through Brella?
Virtual meetings can be scheduled before and during the event through Brella. The only requirement to have meetings at the event is to set up your networking availability. Then, you can attend meetings in two ways depending on the event type you are attending (in-person or virtual). Once logged into Brella you need to suggest, accept or decline a meeting. How do you move your Agenda into a Personal Calendar, such as Google
To synchronise your Schedule, you need to bookmark sessions and go to the Brella App (next.brella.io), go to the Agenda page, then scroll down and click on Calendar sync at the bottom of the right side menu. Find out how to sync different calendars here.
How to Suggest & Respond to Meeting Requests
To send a meeting request, go to the event homepage on Brella and navigate to the Networking/People's page.
• Click on a person's profile, and check their networking availability from the right-side panel of your Schedule.
• Select a time that suits you both
• Introduce yourself and click Suggest Meeting

How do I view a livestream?
To view a livestream, register for a virtual ticket to the event and create your Brella profile. You can then view the live stream during the event time by using the ‘Stream’ tab on the left-hand side.
Post Event
Can I view the event content on demand?
Once an event is over, you can find on-demand content and sessions from the Schedule tab. Find out more here
You will have access to all sessions on-demand 1-2 weeks after the event, but don't worry - we'll remind you of this via email.
