Morgan Stanley Capital Partners (MSCP) has acquired Security 101, a leading all-encompassed commercial security service provider for enterprises

In a strategic pivot to security, investment funds managed by Morgan Stanley Capital Partners (MSCP), have announced the acquisition of Security 101

Headquartered in West Palm Beach, Florida, Security 101 offers end-to-end security solutions including access control, video surveillance and intrusion detection systems. 

The company serves a diverse range of clients across healthcare, education, government, manufacturing, finance, data centres and other industries. 

Since its founding in 2007, Security 101 has expanded its network of offices nationwide to provide tailored security services while meeting localised needs for both clients and communities.
