Palo Alto Networks Partners with Wipro on AI Cyber Defence

Combining their war chest against modern adversaries are Wipro and Palo Alto Networks, as they expand their long-standing partnership to introduce a new AI-driven managed detection and response (MDR) service, helping organisations strengthen cyber resilience. 

The enhanced partnership brings together Palo Alto Networks’ Cortex XSIAM platform with Wipro’s CyberShieldSM managed security services, delivering a more intelligent and proactive approach to security operations.

Simplifying complex security workflows with the power of AI, machine learning and automation, the new offering enables organisations to predict and prevent cyber attacks while improving the speed and accuracy of threat detection and response.

With the tool filtering out genuine threats from the ever-pervasive background noise, security teams can focus on the incidents that matter most, boosting operational efficiency and reducing response times.

The new MDR services are delivered through Wipro's network of eight Cyber Defense Centers (CDCs), powered by the company’s proprietary SOC Grand Unified Runbook Unleashed framework. 

This unique approach enables attack and alert agnostic analysis, helping organisations strengthen threat detection while creating more resilient security operations.
