AMT: Full service law firm with an exciting digital future

Yoshihide Hojo, Chief Security Officer / Legal & IT Tech Strategy at Anderson Mōri & Tomotsune discusses their innovation-led digital transformation

Yoshihide Hojo is Chief Security Officer and leads Legal & IT Tech Strategy at Anderson Mōri & Tomotsune, one of the “Big Four” law firms in Japan.

He is busy re-shaping cybersecurity and increasing adoption of DX, while developing a digital strategy and operational transformation throughout the pandemic and into the future.

As the global trend toward globalisation has changed dramatically due to the pandemic, AMT has also had to respond to rapid changes.

Fortunately, AMT had been continuously exploring the potential of technologies, and was able to deploy technology solutions faster than ever before. AMT was able to shift to telecommuting and bring business activities online at an early stage because the firm had also been promoting the digitization of information.

Even facing such a crisis, AMT had no major disruption to the business and services and was able to continue to support the clients.

Hojo discusses the innovation effort to build the optimal service bundles for various legal issues by adopting emerging technologies.
